The pho broth here is delectable. They don't skimp on the toppings. The grilled pork spring roll is a favorite for me, and the dipping sauce with it, by far the best. My son loves the fried shrimp and devours his pho with extra meat. There is something here for everyone.
We got our meals and delicious smoothies all hot, fresh, refreshing, AND fast! Long was our server today and was so friendly and accommodating! The crab rangoons were so sweet and crunchy, our egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, and rice plates were nourishing! We’ve been eyeing this restaurant for a while, and we are so happy to have come here today. We most definitely will be back! Thank you Pho VN for being an amazing stop for us today and immediately making us feel welcomed and graced!
I visited may if the Vietnamese restaurant here in OKC, and this is the best place for Bun Bo Hue. It is a very generous portion and reasonable price. I didn’t get to try anything else, as I was so full after eating their Bun Bo Hue. The broth is delicious, tasty and how it should look, rich beautiful red color, it’s not too spicy but there’s is a extra spicy sauce on the side, it has shrimp paste. I asked for one without shrimp paste. The service is excellent and friendly. We will be back next time to try their pho.
I’m an out-of-towner, but anytime I’m in OKC I always make sure to stop by this place. I usually order the shrimp pho—the broth is rich, flavorful, and so good, and they give you plenty of fresh veggies on the side. The service is quick, but the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. On top of that, the customer service is consistently great. The owner is warm, welcoming, attentive, and very accommodating. I’ve ordered the fruit teas before and found them a bit strong and sweeter than my personal preference, but even then the staff has noticed (without me requesting) and graciously offered to remake it when they saw I wasn’t really drinking it. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and everything has always been top-notch.
My pho was prepared in less than 5 minutes. I got a small bowl of pho with tofu, and it was wonderful. My server was very kind and proactive. I will be back!
We had such a great lunch here. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. The gentleman was quick to take our orders as soon as we were ready. We ordered egg rolls, fried tofu, pho dac biet, bon bo hue, and the beef stew. All of it was good. Rich in flavor and prepared with love. The beef stew was so rich and hearty. It came with an ample amount of beef chunks cooked to perfection. It just crumbled in my mouth. The broth was so rich and flavorful. I didnt have to add any more sauces or seasoning to it. I opted for the rice noodles with my beef stew and it was delightful. The portion size of the noodles paired with the hearty beef stew and veges made for a really big meal. I was stuffed and struggled to finish all of the beef chunks in my bowl. They didn't slip on the meat with the egg rolls. It was flavorful and crispy. It was a proper egg roll. The fried tofu was great as well. Fried crispy texture on the outside and soft creamy on the inside. I don't know what kind of dipping sauce it came with but it went well with the tofu. My family that had the pho and bon bo hue absolutely loved their dishes too. The service was great. The gentleman turned up some traditional music and got me vibing with my beef stew and rice noodles. Overall, it was a great experience. We're glad we picked Pho VN out of the many other pho restaurants and plan to be back again. You need to come in and try their food!
Tried a new place in town. Order pho dac biet and the grill pork spring rolls. The broth was nice and flavorful. Only complaint is that the regular size bowl but it was really small. They were reasonably priced especially in this economy.
Before I review the restaurant, I’m going to comment on something I witnessed: A person in need walked into their restaurant, and the person at front asked how he could help. The person in need asked if he could ask the people dining in for financial assistance, and the staff asked if they were hungry. The person said yes, and they gave them a meal on the house. I love supporting businesses that care about others, so I will keep coming back here FOR SURE. Okay, now on to the food: I had the chicken pho and my husband had a chicken lo mein. It was so good I didn’t get pictures until we were already halfway done lol. The pho was tasty, and so was the lo mein! We also got the slushies and they were good as well. Definitely stop by if you’re looking for some good Vietnamese food in SW OKC!
